Weinkeller<\/h2>

Unsere Weine werden meist nach Lagen getrennt eingemaischt und in offenen Eichenbottichen aus Schweizer Eichenholz vergoren. Wir verwenden Bio-Hefen und Schwefel wird in der Weinbereitung \u00e4usserst zur\u00fcckhaltend eingesetzt. Nach dem G\u00e4rprozess werden alle Weine in Barriques und neu auch in Amphoren zur weiteren Reifung gelagert.<\/p>
